Wimbledon Wardrobe

With Wimbledon nearing an end, we look back at some of our favourite celebrity style spots who’s court side looks have been enough to distract us from the tennis and have been the subject of our fascination for the past fortnight. As the British summer weather finally seems to have arrived (I say in fear), summer dresses, floral patterns and bright colours have flooded the iconic venue for a Wimbledon Wardrobe anyone would be proud of!

Mollie King no doubt stole the show, wearing cute floral shorts and a matching blazer teamed with a simple buttoned up white shirt. This feminine look is right on trend this season, not only was the Saturday’s singer flaunting this colourful look, but Kim Sears also opted for floral chic and wore a tight fitting dress to cheer on her man of the moment boyfriend, Andy Murray, and although she may have been put through a rollercoaster of emotions, she remained cool and collective looking stunning throughout. Both ladies’ completed their looks with a statement watch and simple nude accessories. For your own Wimbledon inspired floral look, try teaming a flowery playsuit with this elegant rose gold plated watch from the Emporio Armani collection for the perfect finishing touch.

Kim Sears didn’t stop there with her winning Wimbledon ensembles; she looked fabulous for a second time wearing a sunshine yellow skater dress, a denim jacket and again those Summer must-have nude accessories. These vivid colours are perfect for the summer season and look great with a sun-kissed tan, however if you’re not quite brave enough to step out in an attire as bright as hers, add a splash of colour with this chunky orange bangle from Michael Kors. Team with a simple white T-shirt dress and an edgy sleeveless denim jacket for a striking twist.

Other celebrities opted for a more timeless look such as Katherine Jenkins who turned up looking elegant as ever, sporting a classic cream knee length dress and matching blazer. She gave her look a fashion forward edge by stacking up a mixture of bangles and bracelets with hints of green and gold. This slim mint green bangle from Ted Baker with a polished gold coloured buckle is the ideal accessory for giving your look a stylish, contemporary finish.

Wimbledon fashion hasn’t only stayed within the walls of the games, bright tennis whites have been a colour of choice amongst the celebrity world from dresses and blazers to shoes and even sunglasses. Cameron Diaz looked ultra chic in a structured white dress and strappy heels. This stylish watch from DKNY in crisp white and sterling silver is the perfect way to give your evening look a touch of Wimbledon inspired glamour.
